Leopoldo Gonzalez Andrades primarily considers himself a transmitter of feelings, sensibilities, through his vision of nature, people and feelings and things around him, through a wonderful means of expression as painting. Today, he feels that his paintings should have a basic structure, which support their development and that is drawing.
He realizes that despite his age, he is an evolving artist and he still needs to try different techniques, styles, to probe the insides of his mind to seek new avenues of expression, but always from figuration. He wish above all that his time in this world is not indifferent to future generations, he want to make his humble impression, as people who leave their signature on a tree.
